Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days. Selected sizes are available for 48-hour dispatch and are identified by the 48H icon displayed next to the size.

All orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners and include tracking. You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Some premium or limited-edition products may be sourced specifically for your order. In these cases, delivery can take up to 25 business days. Where a longer delivery timeframe applies, this will be communicated to you.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel and return it. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Returned products must be handled with reasonable care and should be returned with their original packaging and accessories where possible.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using your original payment method. Where required by law, the standard delivery cost will also be refunded.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
